ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 

Processing time is 2-3 days per order.

 

A tracking confirmation email will be sent when processing and handling have been finished.

 

TRACKING NUMBERS

 

Tracking numbers and an email order confirmation will be sent to the email on file after placing an order. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

The shipping and billing address on file must match. This makes certain that the order is not flagged in the automated fraud security system. This also gets the orders processed, handled, and shipped in proper timing. 

 

All orders are shipped through UPS/USPS. Shipping time ranges from 2-4 business days depending on your city and state. 

 

If you do not retrieve your package, it will be returned back to the sender (Hustle Culture), and you must pay for reshipping fees. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCAHNGES

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Once your order is completed there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

 

If an item or order has been cancelled please give 3-5 business days to have the money refunded on your card. 

 

If you have received a wrong item, or wrong size item, please contact us within 72 hours. If you do not contact us within 72 hours of your item delivery, you may not be eligible for exchange. When returning the item it must not be used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without the correct return address and consent from us.

 

LOST OR STOLEN

 

If your item/package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS). If the package is lost with shipping carrier they are responsible. The customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
